- Stage each living area to maximize the buyers image of them living in that space
- Quick, fixes. Don’t spend your money improving things that will not yield a return. Instead, do things that keep the value rather than decrease it. Missing Outlet Cover?? Put one on. Leaky Faucet?? In the end, if it looks well maintained and well cared for, you will get top dollar. Don’t spend money on installing expensive quartz counter tops if there is nothing wrong with the laminate ones you have.
