Kitchen Backsplashes – Slab kitchen backsplashes are stopping subway tiles in their tracks.
White, horizontal subway tiles are still very popular, but many now prefer larger 4-by-10 inch or 4-by-16-inch tiles that run vertically to draw eyes up and give a design a fresh look.

Slabs of quartz or marble are becoming a show-stopper when it comes to backsplashes in creating that clean, seamless look in any kitchen with the lack of grout lines and is an easy wat to keep clean!
Bedroom Designs – Less is more!
Time to re-think before you purchase that 5 piece NEW Bedroom Set! New for 2023, people are freeing up space so you can ‘actually enjoy the room’. Removing bulky chests and dressers create space for fireplaces, accent chairs or workspaces. The pandemic helped to see how much opportunity our spaces have and in 2023, we are using it to the fullest!
Goodbye Grays and Greige and Hello Color!
Grays and Greiges were very popular the last couple of years. This year however, buyers are going for more warm and calming interior colors with a BOLD accent of color.
Neutral and Warm Colors are back and are great for walls. We are seeing lots of ‘POPS’ of colors emerging in homes! Pantone’s new color of the year, Viva Magenta, is an example of how boldly colorful interiors will be in 2023 and beyond. Bold Accent furniture and Bold Accent walls are becoming more and more popular in home trends.
